The operations of the Dead Sea Works Ltd., which resulted in an ongoing rise in the Dead Sea water
level required to redesign and lift the existing beaches to a higher position.
The design sought to create a space setting and special character for the beach by designing unique

Landscape and urban planning of the community village dominated by holiday apartments lies on the
southern shores of the Dead Sea near the hotels and resorts of Ein Bokek.
The project includes 140 lots for self construction,. At each building, 3-4 resort units will be erected
(Total 500 units). The design includes a sports and recreational club, a shopping center, public open
spaces, and a beach.

The structure of the Tamar Regional Council offices is part of the Council's administrative and operations center. The planning required adaptation to the extreme climatic conditions in the Dead Sea.
